Arrived after 12:00 on a weekday, 3 people waiting.
Choose light dashi flavored soy sauce
The rice bowl is ready in about 5 minutes, and the soup is clear and beautiful, with a nice aroma of soy sauce.
The soup is so delicious that the rich flavor of the chicken fills your mouth and you can't stop drinking it! Chicken oil works well.
The noodles are thin, straight, and have a delicious flavor that goes perfectly with the soup.
Three types of chicken chashu are placed on top of low-temperature-cooked pork shoulder loin and seared pork belly.
The flavored egg is soaked in the flavor of the bonito stock and is a masterpiece.
The soup is delicious and complete.
Eikichi Yazawa's music is always playing in the store. As you can see from the trademarks of our sister stores and parent company, we are passionate fans.
Business hours are 11:00-21:00, with no regular holidays.
I wasn't sure where to eat in Utsunomiya, which is a hotly contested area for ramen, but I decided on Takesue Shokudo, which was open on Mondays as many restaurants were closed on Mondays.
This was my first time visiting, but it's easy to find as it's along Route 4, and the parking lot is very spacious.
We arrived at 11:30 and the place was full. A hut waiting outside? When you line up, you will be given a menu and take your order. It feels good because the cheerful staff members are there to help you. The inside of the shop is very clean, the staff are very lively, and the atmosphere is typical of a prosperous shop, and the ramen is highly anticipated!
Since it was my first time, I chose the dashi flavored egg and simple soy sauce as the first item on the menu. The rotation is quick and the rice bowl is served right away! The bowl was kept warm, so the soup was piping hot and delicious till the end. It has a light taste, but the aroma of the oil is good, and it goes well with the slightly firm, thin noodles. The char siu is also fun to eat, with the soft ones made at a low temperature and the ones that are grilled and juicy. But the most delicious thing was the flavored egg! !
The scent of bonito flakes was amazing! Personally, I thought the taste was a little sweet, but it was a delicious and well-made ramen.
Please go to the toilet when you go. You'll be surprised!
I went for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. There were about 10 people in line in front of me. It took about 23 minutes to order while waiting in line and to be seated. I have already ordered it, so it will be available soon. I ordered the flavored egg with light soy sauce and salt. You can tell from the appearance that it is carefully made. The noodles are straight, thin noodles, and the ingredients are cubed char siu, green vegetables, menma, green onions, and a whole flavored egg with a nice dashi stock. The soup stock is delicious with both salt and soy sauce. You can see the YAZAWA feel in some places.
I disturbed you for the first time!
The inside of the store was basically YAZAWA (especially 🚻) 😲
I'm a hardcore fan
Even though it's around 14:00, there are still many customers
I was there.ᐟ.ᐟIt's full
Char siu with soy sauce and a standard product!
The soup contains chopped onions.
sweetness is brought out
Char siu is also soft
It's big and satisfying to eat 👍🏻´-
The volume of one cup is just right
The material is also carefully selected Overall
It's an elaborate finish!
It was delicious until the end ☺
*By the way, Mr. Yazawa

Forgive me! this scene
It was my first time...
The taste is consistent even if you go to the regular menu every time.
A must-have item for rice.
The owner of Takesue is sincere and serious about his ramen, and he cares about his customers.
This store is located along National Route 4.
There is a gravel parking lot next door.
there is. There is enough space to park about 20 cars.
There are chairs lined up outside the store, so if you sit there and wait, you'll be asked for the number of people and your order.
Please take a look at the provided menu and decide.
Last time I ordered the special.
The noodles are a delicious soup with a nice soy sauce soup.
The light special has scallop paste on top. paste
When you mix it together, the taste becomes a little different, and the scallop stock really works well.
And this time I ordered the soup stock flavored egg light.
The noodles are the same thin noodles as the plain special.
Seafood and shrimp with salt? The soup stock works well and you can eat it easily.
I thought I'd like to eat some more.
The menu at Takesue seems to change depending on the store.
It seems that there is also one in Oyama, so I would like to visit there next time. ^_^
The first Takesue Shokudo.
Flavored egg special rich, no green onion, large serving
1300 yen
You might think it's a rich chicken soup, but it's a collaboration with scallops that gives it a deeper flavor.
The noodles felt a little thick. The texture is smooth.
The compatibility of the soup with the noodles is Good( ̄ー ̄)b Good!
Komatsuna? Qing-geng-cai? , Menma is also a nice accent.
The outside of the flavored egg was normal, but the inside was soaked with flavor.
Perhaps the timing was good to enter the store, but there was only one group waiting. After that, there were about 15 people in line.
There are parking lots on both sides of the store. If you are on a motorcycle, the asphalt on the south side of the store is probably better.
There are two tables mainly at the counter inside the store.
All the staff were young and energetic.
Next time, try eating it easily!
